COCHomeless-package.RdProvides HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Point-in-Time homeless counts, CoC geographic boundaries as simple-feature objects, a Census-to-CoC crosswalk linking census tracts and counties to CoCs, and county-level homeless estimates with American Community Survey covariates.
